   Our last visits to this Benihana have been disappointing. While the food is good, the “show” we expect for the premium we pay has fallen far short of what is was years ago. The chefs used to interact with our group every time to make it a memorable and fun event. Now they just seem to want to make the meal and throw out a couple jokes. It was my wife’s birthday and we had a full table. The chef just didn’t go the extra mile to make it special and this has happened the last times we’ve been here. Maybe they are short staffed or something. Just not the fun Benihana experience we used to have. And the cost is really going up so we will most likely look elsewhere for the amount we spend for a family event. We used to see this as dinner and a show. Now just an expensive dinner.

   We had a reservation for 7pm and did not get seated until almost 8:30. Our server was not good she would dissappear and not come back it was very hard to get refills and extra condiments. This restaurant overbooked we should not have waited more than an hour to be seated when we had a reservation. We didn't get our chef until 9pm and didn't start eating until almost 930. Kevin was our chef and he was absolutely great! He had great customer service and was entertaining. I wish he could have been our server too! Overall do not recommend this location

    Horrible experience. Reservation was at 11pm, got seated at 12am and left by 1:14am with no cook on site. Kept getting postponed. Whole table left and take in mind this is on Valentines night
