   Our experience was absolutely terrible. We will never be returning to this restaurant's location. Staff were rude from the moment we walked in the door. Instead of a greeting for the new year, we got "We're already running 15 minutes behind and we accept only reservations!". After explaining that we did have a reservation, we were told to wait to the side. It took them 1 hour to seat us after we asked multiple times if they had forgotten us! They seated many parties that came long after we did. The cleanliness of this place - or should I say lack there of? The person who "cleaned" the table we were later seated on, simply wiped with dirty towel the big pieces of food chunks that remained from the previous party and touched with dirty hands clean dishes... We did tell the server we had been waiting a long time and to bring our ordered appetizer for the children in our party, so they could start. It took him a while to bring it because he had to bring drinks first. After he brought it, it took him another 20 minutes to bring the soy sauce that should have come with it. By that time the appetizer was long gone and he was very surprised that the children did not wait for him to bring it 20 minutes later... The chef was awful. He cooked everything separately and took his time to do so. Vegetables were served first, 20 minutes later rice, 20 minutes later shrimp appetizer, 20 minutes later other seafood, 20 minutes later noodles and at the very end - the meat. So every guest on the table had to eat their food separately because the chef could not make a normal meal to put in anyone's plate. To top things off, the server charged us an extra entree and never brought the deserts that were included in the children meal's price, until we brought those issues up. We have been to many other Japanese restaurants with communal seating, much cheaper than Benihana, and have never experienced such carelessness, negligence, and complete disinterest in customer service.

   The chef and the food were great. The waiter was overwhelmed and took forever to take care of us. People that came in after us and got Sat after us were served and done their meal way before us. Disappointed in the service.

   The food was good, the chef was quite entertaining that caused my 6 year old granddaughter to be quite enamored and entertained. I believe that the food was overpriced and beverages extremely expensive. The servings were large I was very disappointed that the lunch menu was not available as an option for us even though we were there at 11:30 am. It was not noted on website nor mentioned until desired order time Everyone was very friendly! I was somewhat dismayed by the bar glasses and debris that greeted us on arrival, and the inability of vacuuming the welcome area inside

   It was NYE and the restaurant was very busy with visiting revelers and everyone was very pleasant including the staff . We had a wonderful group at our table and the food was very good . The portions were good and our chef was very good.

   Over an hour wait for a table we reserved. Appreciate it was NYE but the restaurant was completely rammed and the staff were not able to manage. The waitress completely messed up the order and the chef didn’t have the right ingredients. Food was unseasoned and not tasty. Total waste of money.

   We were a group of 9 with 3 kids and everyone had a wonderful time with lots of entertainment from the chefs which kept the kids entertained 🙏🏻🥳
