   Very good food, REALLY good, the service is fun, we had to wait a bit but it's understandable. Kinda pricey for tourists, but it's a fair price.

   I don’t usually write reviews but this was the worst experience I’ve every had. The only savings grace was the Teppan Chef Jay. The food was great but the service beyond that was terrible. We were a party of 5 adults stuffed on a corner I had to hold my plate on my lap to eat. We were seated with a nice family of 4, 2 children and 2 adults that were given the same space as we were. Looking around there were no more than 8 at most tables. The waitress never cleared our dirty glasses, starter plates and bowls. Normally not a big deal but when space is at a premium it became a problem. The only time she checked on us with urgency was to see if we wanted dessert and box before we even finished our meal. I’m guessing it’s a timed experience and our time was up. Needless to say it’s was a $600 meal for 5 adults, with tip. We are retired and enjoy eating out and don’t have an issue spending that much money or more on a meal but it was a big waste for what we got, topping it off the hostess validated our parking ticket incorrectly and we had to pay almost $30 to get out of the self parking area…Chef Jay is the only part that saved it…

   I made a dinner reservation here while on a family vacation our family was grandma and grandpa, mom and dad, and a one year old. On our way back from the Disney park, I stopped in to make sure that the baby could be accommodated and I was assured that he could. My family show up on time for the reservation and was made to wait, while the table was rearranged to accommodate the high chair ( which management already knew was needed). We waited for our waitstaff to come by the table to take drink orders and then he took our order. We were served our soup and salad and was told the chef was prepping our meal. A half hour later we were told that they were looking for a chef. The baby now has been sitting in high chair for more than an hour and we didn’t even have our entrees. As the night got later and later my son and daughter in law needed to get the baby to bed., so they needed to leave. As the chef had just shown up. The manager told them that our ticket had fallen behind the counter and took no accountability for the error, the table side chef told us that we waited over an hour because of the volume of diners(3 tables sat after us were finished before our chef came out). The remaining people at our table finished dinner and were promptly handed our checks. We were never even asked about the dessert that came with the meal. I will never eat at a Benihana restaurant again.

   We visit at least once a year. We have had really great service and great food, but both were off last night. Please don’t let this be a sign of things to come.

    I do not recommend this location, worst experience ever. The hostess was too busy scrolling on her phone to say hello. She was unfriendly and seemed as though she didn’t want to be there. Our waitress was the same way- she wasn’t attentive or friend. The food was just fine and there was no level of entertainment. It is a birthday tradition to go, and our waitress sang without the birthday girl even being at the table because she just wanted to get it over with. And when taking the traditional photo, didn’t even bother to see that she cut out one of our family members. When speaking with the manager, he was not receptive and told me I could speak to the General Manager. The general manager made excuses for the experience and was worse than the manager. There is no excuse for not taking the time to slow down, especially when we got to the restaurant there was only one other table. Go elsewhere
