   This is our home location so we visit often. We sat at the bar to wait on our table, barista never acknowledged us! They both just continue stocking the bar....mind you this is Happy hour time. Dinner service was okay, new chief so our food was not to the usual standard. There were 8 orders of chicken rice at our table and he used one small breast! No chicken in my rice at all. There were three people at our table with birthdays including my husband they all had birthday certificates. No one got a photo, no one sang happy birthday, and no birthday dessert!

   My husband and I had the best time on our random Sunday night date night. The restaurant was surprisingly still crowded when we got there on a Sunday night but making a reservation let us walk right in our chef. Deonte was great, very engaging and humorous, and the food was so flavorful. !

   Terrible service, reservations were behind over an hour and a half. We were there over 3 hours. Portions are very small now meanwhile prices went up $1-$3 per meal.

   12/10/24 I made reservations for 12 for my son‘s birthday at 7 PM. We confirmed multiple times over the phone. Once most of our party ( except 2) arrived, we went to check in at the front and were told that we could not check in until our entire party had arrived. 10 minutes later our entire party had arrived and we were told to wait about 20 minutes. 20 minutes later still not seated I went in to find out what was taking so long and we were told 20 to 30 more minutes. Again 30 minutes later and we were told 30 more minutes. You’ve got to be kidding me. Overall, they were an hour late seating us for our reservation. We were then seated and were given the wrong menus and left to sit for another 30 -40 minutes. At this point we had still not made a drink order or had anyone come to check on us at all. Almost two hours after our reservation time a waitress came and realized we had the incorrect menus and brought us a few of the correct menues which would have been good except they were 12 of us so everyone was trying to share three menus . She finally came back and took our drink and appetizer orders. Drinks and appetizers took forever. Some of the appetizers and drinks didn’t even come until more than halfway through the dinner and all came at different times so half of our party was served while others just sat and waited for what seemed like an hour. The only good thing I can say is that once the cooks arrived, the food was great. Other than that this is my second awful experience with being seated and waited on at Benihana. It would have been appropriate to offer a discount of some kind but if course that didn’t happen either. Unfortunately, this will probably be my last time coming here.

   Our chef Oscar gave us a great performance and cooked up our delicious food. Friendly staff and great location.

   Our reservation time was 8:15, we were seated at 9:15, and the chef came around 10:15. They may have open reservations available but it’s the equivalent of putting your name on the list. Quantity over quality is how I felt management runs this Benihana.

   Had a reservation for 7:15 got seated at almost 8. Sever was not the best, Didn’t give get us any refills until food was done. Food was salty.
