   Wanted an alternate to a traditional Christmas dinner, Benihana's delivered. My youngest son, 12 years old enjoyed watching the Chef and the food was simply delicious! I was seated right away at our table and service was prompt. Restrooms were clean and had the essentials. We will return👍💯

   does not accommodate handicapped! Would not give us any additional space for our friend with no leg! ADA!

   It's always a treat to take the family out for the holidays. It saves anyone from cooking and allows us to engage comfortably. Benihana never disappoints. Deontae our chef did an excellent job of making our meal a fun adventure. He was engaging, got all of our orders perfect and put on quite a show. We are thankful and grateful for another outstanding experience at Benihana.

   It was our first time at Benihana and we went there to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The wait was a little longer than expected taking in consideration that we had reservations but we understood that it may be the holiday. We sat down at our table and our waitress was very nice taking our orders for drinks and food. The chef took longer to count to our table and when he finally arrived he started cooking our food in a rush, with no “Benihana Experience” and when someone at our table asked him if he was going to give us some “show/cooking experience” he replied “no, not today; maybe tomorrow”. He finished 30 minutes before the chef next to us. The food was ok, but we go to Benihana not only for the food, but for the eating/cooking experience, and we didn’t have it, but we still have to pay it.

   The food was excellent. It's very busy as it normally is at dinner time, but our waitress forgot that it was our birthday two of us at the table and one of us. It was literally our Birthday today. Then, when we asked to have our photo taken for our birthday, we were told the machine was broken, but literally five minutes prior. The table across from us had two pictures taken and given to them.. then the waitress still never came back after we told her it was our birthday. Another server came to bring us back the bill and she is the one who said she would make sure that the waitress was notified that it was our birthday then to top it all off and 18% gratuity was attached because we were a party of eight but I guess it's lucky for her or staff because otherwise it would not have been 18% Overall, I would not do a birthday there again. I felt very sad for the two people who had a birthday, especially a December birthday when it's close to that most people always forget you anyway.

   Always a pleasant experience. Been to them all over the US, and they're pretty consistent, and look forward to go there, even though the show is the same. The uniqueness of each chef is great.

   Our servers and cooks were excellent unfortunately waiting 2 1/2 hours to eat with children is unacceptable. This wasn’t just the case for our party multiple parties were extremely delayed and had to wait extremely long despite having a reservation.

    I think we had a newer chef. He really needed a sharper knife. Also he mixed up all our meals several times. We just waited till he left and swapped our stuff. Felt bad. Chicken was also over cooked.
