   The overall experience was extremely good. However I did place a reservation in advance in hopes to avoid the wait time but still had to wait. And then another wait on food as well. But because of the wait they offered complimentary ice cream.

   Had a reservation and noticed on arrival that there was a huge number of people waiting in the front. Hostess informed us it would be a 40 minute wait. When trying to clarify because we thought there must be confusion or misunderstanding because we had a reservation, hostess unapologetically explained that it is their policy to overbook and that we can wait or leave. Wrote it off by saying it wasn’t their fault, and that it was the company’s fault. They ARE the company so that made no sense to me. Horrific customer service experience and felt it was handled by their staff incredibly poorly. Seems dishonest, disrespectful, and inconsiderate. Will not be returning.

   Having a reservation is a must. However, all my past experiences expect to wait up to an hour after your reservation time. Don't bother trying without a reservation. There is very little to no empathy or care to customers who have plans afterward that are dependent on reservation time. I've observed customers' voice concerns but nothing but excuses and lack of care from staff. I'm considering taking my business elsewhere.

   It took way too long for our cook to arrive while every other table who sat after us was already getting started with their food

   Restaurant ran out of rice when they sat us down. This was told to us by waiter after standing in line for 30 minutes and another 20 minutes at the table. This place is so mismanaged, it feels like a kid is running the place

   I will never be booking the bar & lounge on a holiday ever again, tell me what the point of having a reservation was when everybody is just waiting for the next table to open up to sit down? nobody is helping you, and couples were seated for an hour without being helped. i saw so many people get up and leave before ordering because that's how long it took. i left and went to rock & brews because that's not how i wanted to spend my valentine's night.

   People waiting out the door. We had a reservation for the bar area and that does absolutely nothing. Just gives you access to that area but there were no seats available and other people just standing there waiting for someone to get up. We ended up just leaving and having to improvise on Valentine’s Day. Big thumbs down.

   I would give zero stars but the rice was good. I sat in the bar area and couldn’t get a server once everytime I wanted something I had to stand up and go get someone and it was over an hour to just get a water also the Manager sucked. Probably won’t come back but if I do, it’s for the rice. That’s showbiz I guess.
