   Our server Gabe is very attentive and extremely capable at helping us with our order. The chef Luis Perez is a great chef and entertainer. This was our second time there in 2 weeks

   Management was awesome and greeted us upon being seated. It was so nice to be welcomed! The service was terrific and the chef prepared the food to be incredibly scrumptious!!! Owner was also greeting guests so that was also a surprise! Food was perfect and my guests were thrilled with dinner last Sat! Thank you Benihana Newport Beach for making the going away party so memorable!

   Was definitely not impressed. Food was definitely overpriced. The chef and server were good. This place is definitely not $375 for a family of 4 good.

   My son recently celebrated his 14th birthday, and he chose to dine at Benihana's. Our experience was pleasant until I mentioned that we hadn't received a birthday gift for my son, as we traditionally celebrate our family members' birthdays at Benihana's. Our waitress kindly offered to summon the manager. I explained to him that we hadn't received a birthday coupon this year and expressed our loyalty to celebrating birthdays at Benihana's, which prompted me to join the Birthday Club. Unfortunately, the manager seemed to have already made up his mind and informed me that there was nothing he could do to rectify the situation. He failed to offer any alternative solutions. What has happened to customer service in 2024? Our bill was $125 he could have comp’d something but he didn’t. Booooo that sucks. Side Note: As a loyal customer of Benihana's, I look forward to my next visit. I believe that providing positive energy and loyalty warrants exceptional service in return.

    Once again, a wonderful experience at this Benihana location. Based on our last experience, we requested to sit at Jojo’s table. They told us it would be a slight wait which was fine with us. However, we were still seated in a few minutes. Jojo’s service is awesome and our chef, Aurelio was great! This is our new go-to location when we go to Benihana’s.
