   Granted we went on a very busy Valentine’s Day evening, but we were 10 mins early for a 9p reservation but we’re not seated and eating until 10:30p. This is what reservations are for! Service left something to be desired - not the Benihana experience I’ve come to love and expect.

   We had the best time. Manager is so great. Teppan table was awesome. Maurice was the chef. He’s so funny and fabulous chef. Great time.

   The Good: service was excellent, better than usual actually. The cook was knowledgeable and funny. The wagyu beef was delicious, melting in your mouth. The Bad: too much salt overall and too much lemon on the shrimp and fish. The ugly: the fried rice was overdone and slightly burned. The shrimps, small and large, were overcooked, and tasted like rubber.

   Shereka I believe her name is, was absolutely awesome. She entertained and engaged the guest. She even related to engaged a 3yr old at the table that was celebrating her birthday. The food was stellar and held up to the Benihana standard.

   This used to be my go-to location. Since the renovations, the service here has gone all down hill. My family and I gathered here yesterday to celebrate my daughter's 28th birthday. I arrived at 1:46 for a 2pm reservation. I was directed to the bar and was told I was there too early. After sitting at the bar and patiently waiting, the bartender finally took our drink at 2:17. While taking our drink order, the table was finally ready and we were told to give our server the drink order. Our server had to be new as he did not know anything about the menu nor could he remember our order although he had written it down from what I saw. The appetizers and sushi came after our chef had arrived. I had to ask numerous times if the sushi and appetizers were coming. I will probably stick to the Miramar if any at all in the future!

    Mi experiencia fue espectacular con sinceridad la comida estuvo excelente el ambiente estuvo muy bueno la pasamos muy bien , el único detalle es el servicio un poco lento pero nada que no se pueda superar
