   The customer service is pretty bad in this place. I’ve been to several Benihanas and this by far is the worst, maybe they were under-staffed, no idea, but they had 1 person at the host stand and really slow servers and bartenders. Even the show isn’t as good.

   The first thing we noticed was trash near the front doors. And not just trash from today. There was trash that had clearly been in the landscaping directly adjacent to the doors for awhile. We visited on Christmas, which we do most years, and the general mood was low. The food was good, but the experience was just meh.

   I would have give it a 5 star across the board again however they need to improve their check in needs to improve. I had to let them know I was there twice, if they paged or used cell it would be better. We have made this a Christmas Eve tradition for six years in a row.

   Hot, expensive and overbooked; the place is in need of a complete renovation. We had various menu items prepared at the table by a chef. Dishes adequately prepared. While ice cream came with the meals; non offered..

   We very much enjoyed our Christmas Eve dinner! Jasmine, our server, and Silvestre, our chef, were very attentive and took great care of us. Everyone ate well and no one left thirsty. Management was doing a super job "managing" the chaos of the evening. It was a pleasant experience and I know we'll be back to this location soon! Merry Christmas!

   Not up to standards. The restaurant was dirty, and run down. It's desperate for a cleaning, and years behind in updating. Carpets are filthy. It was busy as usual, but you can see that at least 2 exhaust hoods were not functioning properly, so it was really smoky. The griddle was not well-cleaned from prior use, and that's unsanitary. Our server was nice, and hard-working. The hibachi chef was good as well. The restaurant was under-staffed, and it did show in the wait times, but it wasn't because of lack of effort on the part of those who served our group. This issue is more of an franchisee and management issue. The place is busy constantly, and there is no reason for it to be dingy, not at the price point they have.

   Haven’t been here in a long time and while our meal was OK, we probably won’t be back. There are a a lot of better options for hibachi.

   Reservation was at 6:15 and was not seated until 7:20. We were celebrating a birthday and there was no celebration from the staff of any kind. The chef was lazy on the knife work, no saki and no personality. Part of my party ordered the six course and did not get their tea or ice cream, which included the birthday girl. The shrimp was overcooked and the dishes were dirty!

    First let’s say it’s loud as heck in there. Second the manager Eric Cecil is a price of work. He was the main reason why I will Never return to any of your establishments. The place is very sticky and greasy. It smells awful and needs more ventilation. I smelled like a frying pan when I left. It was not a good experience. The “chefs” make these weird gestures and not really into the actual event. For what you charge the performances should be better. Very run down from when I was a kid.
