   De tout les restaurants, la pire expérience. Over book, attente de plus de 2:30 entre l’heure de la réservation et l’arrivé de la soupe. Incapable d’avoir des ustensiles, incapable de recevoir la consommation commandée , aucun verre de type flûte pour le champagne… et la serveuse avait un air déplaisant. Plus jamais!

   It was New Year’s Eve and things were very chaotic. First parking was a problem. When you entered the restaurant, it was crowded with people waiting for seating and the line to check in was not very clear. In the crowded entry, people were also trying to exit and it was very tight. After being seated, it took a while to see a waitress. Our drinks were slow to come, and, one person at our table who ordered wine, got the wine in a carafe but no glass! Once we finally started getting our food, the service seemed better. I’m sure the staff was overwhelmed and doing the best they could. I would go back, but not on a holiday!

   Service was fair. The server does not come around at all to see if you need anything. Also, I think the experience really depends on the chef you get. Some tables had a great chefs (from what I could see and hear). Our chef was not really into it. It was my first time my kids saw hibachi. They liked it a lot but if we had a chef that actually put on a show, it would be that much better.

   Waited over an hour to be sat. It would have been fine if they had called me and told me that i didn’t need to come at 7:30 and they needed to push it back. Can’t say that it’s a very pleasant place to be waiting either. Food iñwas good Jeff did a good job.

   This was by far the worse experience of any time I’ve ever been to Benihana out of the MANY times I’ve been to this reatauranr for the last 15 years. I will NEVER return to this location and I’ve written a letter to the President, Manny Hilario, to let him know as well!

   Took over 90 minutes to get food served. Continuously forgot to bring items from our order. Very expensive!

   The service was horrible. The chef was working at the table next to us, when he was finished he came over to our table that was an hour plus later. They made multiple mistakes on the order it was a joke.

   Unfortunately there were many concerns. First the restaurant was filthy, food and trash all over the dining room, and the rest rooms were worse. Our bill had many errors, and food was prepared incorrectly for what was ordered. Haven’t been in a few years, and won’t be back. They need better sanitation standards.

   We booked but had to wait 30 minutes-it was chaotic. We then sat down which was fine but the chef wanted to move as the grill wasn’t clean so we got up again. Food was great. Payment machines then not working so move chaos and the staff seemed overwhelmed. Pointless valet parking arrangement in place

    Our reservation was at 6:30 we were seated at 7:05pm with no acknowledgment they were late. Had a large party that had taken over the restaurant and they were standing and moving table to table. The restaurant lost control of this group it was loud and not appropriate for this group to be up walking around and loud. Our meal was delayed due to all of this. Finally our chef appeared and he was friendly but crazy he laughed hysterically at everything and paid no attention to detail most of us got the wrong food or he added additional food without care. We asked for yum yum sauce and he made us serve ourselves by handing over the bucket. The smoke from the table was not going up properly into the vent and people complained at the other end and he laughed and blew the smoke towards them. Really not funny! Probably one of the worst experiences we have ever had at a restaurant. Do not think there was a GM on duty as the restaurant was literally out of control! This was on Friday December 27th.
