   After being seated, we waited 20 min to be served a glass of water and 40 min for our wine to arrive. It was a full 50 min before the soup arrived and the only explanation we were offered from the server was “I’m moving as fast as I can.” Once dinner began she was no where to be seen to refill drinks. Then she messed up our check and we had to wait for the manager to fix it. An absolutely terrible experience.

   The food tasty,Hibachi chef, Tony, was awesome and fun. Was very disappointed as my reservation was for 5 people for a birthday 03/22/2025 at 7:30 pm. We were never sat until 09:15 pm almost 2 hours later. They do not have a paging system so they scream your name and party size out in all the noise 3 times, rather rudely, they could have easily texted me through Open table or had pagers as other restaurants and other Benihana utilize. There was confusion as there were 2 reservations with the same name and party size. We were told to sit and the other party was upset and only had 4 people. I asked them to please check before we sat as to make sure it was our table as we have also been there for an hour already. they said it was mine and we sat with another party of 2 in booth hibachi. Not even 5 minutes later the front hostess and manager both came back shouting and upset and told us to get up as it was not our table. I had already asked them to make sure, but apparently was not done. We got up and the other party of 4 sat down. Then we saw the party of 2 that was seated with us get up and storm out of the place as something was going on at the table with this. W finally had out table another 45 minutes later with 2 other new party. Atmosphere was ok, place is old and run down, tables are overcrowded and stuffed close together and very slow service. We sat for about 8-10 minutes before the waitress came over to greet us and get our drink order. drinks took another 10-15 minutes and then took our order. waited again another 10-15 minutes for first course of onion mushroom soup. Salad came after another 10-15 minutes and then Hibachi chef Tony camne to verify our orders and begin cooking. By this time we were already hungry and wanteds to eat as gettng late. Table service was very slow drinks, removing dirty dishes, etc. Servers table possibly were all over and not close as we did not see her for 10-15 mins between visits. It was not as enjoyable as it could have been.

   This expérience is so noisy. And the meal was very ordinary for wagyu. My First expérience was really better , not to be repeated. Thank you

   The host sat us at a table with NO SEATING ROOM. The chairs were so close together, and we were packed in top of eat other like sardines. I was so uncomfortable. I left without ordering. Worst experience ever, will not go back.

   The service was incredibly slow and our vegan friend had no main dish options despite checking the menu in advance. Very disappointing.

   Shame on you Benihana being short staffed specifically with your chefs. The poor server having good communication having to cover for the lack of staff. Had waited from 7:45 to 8:25 for a table that I had a reservation for and at 9 waiting still for a chef my family had to leave it was a school night. The server was the one to suffer because the chef never came.
