   Had a fun time out for lunch! We loved Alexis’s attitude, recommendations, and the ease to understand the menu with his guidance made everything all the better. Plus the birthday song was great… even though he said he is still learning the Japanese part he brought the right people to lead it out to the end! Extra thanks to Joe and Ariana and I think Sam for the happy birthday! That was most exciting… that tambourine beat was sick! 😝 Thank you Jeffry for your excellent hibachi skills! (If you hear here request Jeffery I think he’s Latino and super funny!) You were all amazing! We will certainly be back soon! Thank you all!

   Service wasn’t good. However the servers were kind, every course took way to long to be served and there were no people around to assist us

   My second dining at a Benihana, this time I had brought guests with me who had never been. Reservation was super easy and front desk staff were friendly. Complimentary valet service was incredible. The food was FANTASTIC and our chef Tony was phenomenal. The wait staff were very friendly and accommodating. The biggest issue of the night came with being seated with a party that wasn’t wholly there and waiting an additional 40-45 minutes for their party to arrive. The rest of the issues were out of Benihana’s control as the guests we were seated with engaged in very loud, curse-filled, obnoxious, lewd conversation that didn’t create a family-friendly dining experience at all. This party was also disrespectful towards our Chef Tony and had us feeling sorry he was assigned to our table.

   Hoy en realidad que he sorprendido porque el servicio estaba pésimo, la temperatura la tenían como en 48° muy muy frío , salí decepcionado la verdad la comida se enfrió muy rápido teníamos mucho frío más de dos horas porque ese servicio estaba muy malo

   Made reservations for a birthday dinner. I’ve been to Benihana on numerous occasions but my first time at this location. I think the experience you have and the taste of the food is heavily bases on the chef. Ours was disgruntled for some reason. He did the bare minimum on the tricks and did not sing happy birthday or made mention on it was not pleasant overall. I was going to chalk it up to it being Thanksgiving but the other chefs around us were doing what I’ve always experienced at Benihana. The host and everyone else were friendly so that’s one good thing .

   Lovely food and our chef was amazing. Couldn’t fault him or the food. However, we had to follow up twice for our first round of drinks, and sadly the manager was not very accommodating to a specific dietary request due to recent surgery for a member of my party.

   We were very disappointed. The restaurant was very smoky inside. Much more than it should have been. Food was decent but I’ve had much better. Service was slow and unprofessional. No soap in ladies bathroom.

   Horrible experience, rude server, and cook called me names in front of my kids, cause I asked for more garlic butter on my food terrible experience never going back again and saying bad words in front of my children

    The food is pretty good way too salty and he wouldn’t listen to Chef because of lack of English to not adding any more soy sauce. The service totally sucked. They need busboys. You could hardly get a drink and it got crazy expensive plus the ambience in there feels like you are in a office or a grocery store With the lighting it’s so bad
