   Food and preparation show by chef was very good. Once our order was taken we didn’t see the waitress again until after dinner. We had dirty dishes and empty bottles and cans on our table and no one ever came by to take them away. Last year they gave the kids tall Benihana hats. They stopped doing that. It’s not as much fun as it used to be. And the service is not as good as it used to be.

   The server was overwhelmed and rather incompetent. They seated us next to an Emergency Exit and air vent that were very cold and drafty. The chef was rather basic in his skill set, and the process was so slow that I literally saw other diners asleep waiting for service. Benihana is not what it used to be, but the sushi was excellent. The salmon was buttery, and the fillet steak also was tasty.

   For first-timers, sharing a table may seem strange, but after you get used to it, you may end up wtih some interesting conversation. The hibachi "show" is excellent, and the food is delicious.

   My husband had the BENIHANA DELIGHT (shrimp & chicjen breast). I had the hibachi chicken. We both had chicken fried rice. Our food was delicious, however, due to other guests at our table with food allergies, their food was prepared/cooked first. We all got our rice at the same time, but due to the allergies, my husband was “starving” so he ate his rice before his shrimp & mushrooms were cooked.

   Food was good & server and cook was excellent; however, I ordered a carryout and it wasn’t cooked on the grill; I ordered kids hibachi chicken & shrimp but I received steak & chicken. I immediately called the restaurant to speak to a manager and never did. I was fwd to 4 people until I was placed on hold for over 20min I ended up hanging up

   Our server was great. Unfortunately, our chef was not up to standard. He clearly needs to be trained. There was no show and my food was under seasoned and overcooked. Overall we had an underwhelming experience. We did enjoy our drinks and appetizers at the bar.
