   Our server had to be asked to give us napkins and our chopsticks she was not very attentive and seemed frazzled half the time. Our chef was on a whole other level of subpar! First off I’m not sure why the zucchini was already mixed with onions so if you didn’t like one or the other too bad cause that was a waste! Then half the shrimp when he cut off the tails he’d slide half the shrimp to where the discarded tails went so we got very little shrimp. He didn’t cook the chicken for the chicken fried rice well enough so we had to pick out the undercooked chicken out of the rice. He never seasoned ANYTHING!! Except drenching meats with lemon which made it taste sour! Then he forgot 4 of us asked for the trio so only gave chicken to 2 of us and the other 2 had to wait till he was brought more chicken and as the other 4 in our party were pretty much done with their meal he rushed the chicken along so AGAIN!! Parts were undercooked. Even though none of us ordered well done steak Some pieces of our steaks were burnt. He didn’t do any of the presentations we are used to from Benihana but the worst was the food!!! It just had ZERO taste. For a NYE dinner it was super disappointing. Then the table right by us was allowed to use a coupon yet when I asked about my B day coupon server says no coupons on holidays!! But the table next to us was allowed to use a coupon!?!?! It was NOT a good experience at all and we go to Benihana both here in NJ & in FLA a lot so we know what is possible here so it was very disappointing especially on NYE!

   Fantastic food and service! Armand our server was very freindly and attentive, and Chef Jun was an excellent cook and very entertaining and personable.

   Christmas dinner for 5…..restaurant was definitely over booked. The Lobby/entry way was jam packed with people waiting for tables. We were seated around 5:20 pm for our 4:30 reservation. The noise level was ridiculous and unnecessary. Background music should Have been turned off when it became difficult to hear the person next to you. No one at the table could hear much of what the chef was saying. The food was prepared nicely however was very basic. Definitely over paid for the meal. Our server was amazing. She was on point and didn’t miss a thing. We were very impressed by her hustle and very pleased with her pleasant service. Overall I would highly recommend seeking out a different Hibachi restaurant to host your celebration or meal.

   Great staff tom our chef hard working crew . Ive noticed the portions and the vegetable options were slimmed down. are alot smaller than a few years ago but still very good. Thnx for a great time

   We went Christmas Day. It was crowded but the staff was amazing and efficient. The food was delicious and we will definitely be going back

   The food was so delicious and flavorful! Our chef was very personable! Our waiter always had a smile! Overall great experience! Especially for it being super busy in Christmas Day!!

   Last two times there, they have not had enough hibachi chefs and it was over 30-40 minute wait between soup/salad and food starting to be prepared. Unacceptable and no offer of a comp to make up for it. Price of food requires better service.

    Our server and chef were good but the hibachi experience was lacking. The price was outrageous for the experience we received. Our bill was a bill for a 5 star steakhouse. If we would have had the entertainment you normally receive at hibachi I could see but nothing was extraordinary.
