   Great experience! Christmas Day can be crazy, but the staff at Benihana made it a great day. We did wait about 45 minutes past our reservation time, but were seated promptly and had a great chef! (Chefsito) who balanced his great cooking skills with a warm sense of humor. Food was great. Server was attentive and kept the drinks filled. Even though it sure was a crazy day for dining out, it was really awesome!

   Food and service were great. We had reservation and had to wait almost an hour. Many waited close to 2 hours with a reservation. It was Christmas Day, but still. On the other hand, they did not charge extra for it being Christmas, so that was good. Also, please be aware that if you say yes to the fried rice, there is a separate charge above and beyond the 5-course meal. I asked if it was included and was told it was, but then charged. And if you want to pay for it, I would suggest 1 serving per 2 people is more than enough.

   Tonight we had the privilege of having Sophia as a server and Tony as a chef what a wonderful experience we had everything was perfect. Our food was delicious and our drinks were never empty.!

   Was good and our chef was nice an polite but there wasn't much "cooking show" that benihana is known for. Chef was possibly russian/European and hard to understand when speaking.

   Delicious food and great service! My family and I had a wonderful time seated at a table in the back area of the restaurant. Our chef Adrian was very entertaining and prepared our food to our liking.

   There is no point having reservations as they would make you wait for more than an hour even if you go with reservation. The service is also not so good.

   Christmas eve is not the night to go to Benihana. We had a reservation for 7:45 and weren't seated until 8:50. The lounge was packed and when we snagged a table, it was filled with empty glasses/dishes from the previous people. No one cleaned it off, so my husband ended up moving the dishes to the bar counter himself. My 4 and 8 year old were exhausted since we didn't get out of there until almost 11:00! The manager explained dining guests were staying longer than usual and they were trying their best. I'm sure the staff was trying their best. The server we had was attentive enough, and the chef was great, but overall, the experience was probably the worst we had at a Benihana, and we've been to many Benihanas. They served my parents hot tea in a styrofoam to-go cup because they were out of mugs. Kind of ridiculous.

   They were running 1 hour behind with reservations. The place was packed and noise level high. Food, server, and Chef Ivan were amazing. Once we were seated after an hour with reservation, it was great.

    The meal was fantastic and our chef was amazing! We were greeted by the manager and our waitress was constantly checking on us for drinks and needs. The only reason for 4/5 stars was once our “entire party” checked in, our wait was 40 minutes. Very overbooked and people were crammed in the waiting area and bar. Reservations should be limited (we did ours 6 weeks prior)
