   First impression, the hostess that checked us in 15 min before our reservation was very rude. She said we probably would not be seated until our reservation time, BTW there was 3 customers sitting down, they were not busy at all. So we walked around a bit came back and she was no where to be found. One of the servers came over and asked if we had checked in and didn't understand why we weren't seated already. I wanted to give this place a chance since we were celebrating my husband's birthday but we just weren't very impressed.

   Short staffed, ambiance was off, host was rude. Gratefully our server was the best! Kyle saved the night.

   Two of us ordered lasagna and approximately 45 minutes after ordering they came back and said they did not have enough lasagna. They did offer to comp 2 meals for us if we selected something different but when the bill came they had still charged us and we had to wait again to have it removed from the bill. It seems like a great restaurant but unfortunately the speed of service and communication was very very slow. And this was on a Monday.

   Here’s a review based on your experience: I recently dined at this restaurant, and while the food was excellent and the atmosphere was lovely, the service left a lot to be desired. We were there for an hour and a half, and in that time, our water was refilled only once after the initial serving. No one checked in with us as we waited for our food or during the meal, which was disappointing. I even had to get up and find someone to ask for a spoon and Parmesan cheese because they weren’t provided with the meal. Attempts to wave down staff went unnoticed, and once the food was dropped off, we never saw anyone again. It’s unfortunate because the quality of the food and the ambiance were top-notch, but the inattentive service significantly detracted from the experience. I hope they improve in this area, as the potential for a great dining experience is definitely there.

   Overall, delicious dinner and dessert. Service time was slow when it came down to paying out the bill. Waited for 20+ minutes at a cleared table in order to get our card picked up for payment and another 15 to get receipt back.

   Great little restaurant! We went for a birthday during the Festival of Lights and it was lovely! We had a view of some lights and enjoyed a great meal and great wine! Definitely recommend especially if you enjoy Italian!

   The service was so bad , they didn’t take our order for 30 minutes. Once they did, it took a hour to get our food and when it came, it was cold. The food itself was okay, but cold. The scenery was beautiful, yet still an overall unfortunate experience. I’m wouldn’t recommend this.

   The food was terrible. Bland rigatoni pasta bolognese but just like eating dry rigatoni. Pesto chicken pasta tha same. No pesto. Service was good. Door kept being left open so cold.

   The food was awful! Chicken pesto was chicken tenders over pasta?? So disappointed! Overpriced and no real Italian food being served. The service was good , which helped my experience. Went home hungry!

    Not recommend disappointing to say least expected more from this establishment. We ordered drinks first, then salad & main course. Waitress was very friendly & took our order. Well, drinks never arrived until after main course then salad. That’s right, waitress disappeared & main course served first, then salad, then someone was running out w our drinks. We(3 of us) never experienced anything like this before, very odd for this type of place. Also my lasagna was little warm to cold think it was out of microwave not oven!
