   I made a reservation and asked for a booth, I was not given what I asked for and was put in the worst spot in the entire restaurant. It ruined my entire experience, I was uncomfortable, and I will not be coming back.

   They have a gluten friendly menu but brought fries when the menu states potatoes. Service was slow. They brought out the meals for 2 of 4 people then almost 5 minutes later brought the other 2

   Great service, good vibe and music level. Just felt the food was priced higher than it should be for the quality that came with it.

   I took with me two Cuban visitors to London. They had a great time with the food, atmosphere, and the service -- the service in particular. We had an excellent server which made our lunch experience extra memorable. Thank you for that.

   Our server was very rude. She did not put in our app and only acknowledged and took respond when the manager brought it out to us and we explained we had waited an hour for it. After that we barely saw her, she was not friendly when she was at our table. Food is always good at beertown but this experience left us very disappointed in the treatment. We were there for 2 hours in total because the food took so long and our server was not around.

   We had such a great meal here tonight! Service was friendly, food came quickly and was DELICIOUS. Great recommendations from our server that did not disappoint. One person in the group was gluten free and this is one of the best gluten free menus we have seen. Will be back!
