We had a wonderful dinner. Adrian was a great server and our food was amazing. It was very loud in the restaurant, but everyone was having a good time.

Was told we could not have a table at the window because we only booked our reservation one day in advance (that they hold tables at windows for people who reserve a week or more in advance). 3 window tables were vacant the entire time we dined and we were there about 2 hours. Silly policy! The area is full of tourists who most likely do not book reservations so far ahead.

Food was amazing and service was top notch! We celebrated our 5 year anniversary for brunch and had one of the best tables, right next to the amazing veiw. Kevin N was our sever and he was amazing! He even got us a complimentary dessert to celebrate our anniversary. It's kinda pricey but well worth it for the food, veiws, and service. Highly recommended!

My Husband's Sea bass was excellent. I had the Scallops, they had a grainy texture to them as if they were frozen & not fresh.

What a lovely dinner we had last night at Bali Hai! We have dined there before but not for a number of years. Everything was perfect. We were seated at a comfortable table next to the window. The view, day and night, is phenomenal. As the sky darkened, the skyline lights came to life and played and danced against the water below. There was a fireworks display on the horizon adding to the ambiance. We had a couple of lovely cocktails and then enjoyed the Poke appetizer, which absolutely melted in our mouths. A couple more cocktails and on to our entrees. My husband chose the Honey Cashew Shrimp. I enjoyed the Crispy Ahi. Both entrees were delicious! We sat and ate and drank ant talked. We enjoyed the scenery and the live music. We ended the evening with coffee and more conversation. A lovely evening with the love of my life. Our waiter’s name was Aaron. He was wonderful. He was knowledgeable of the cocktail menu and able to make great suggestions. He also was very helpful with the food options. I have an onion intolerance and he was able to have the Poke made without onions. I really appreciated it. Aaron was attentive without hovering. He was kind and professional. We really enjoyed meeting him. What an asset he is to Bali Hai! All in all it was a perfect evening. Bali Hai is one of our most favorite restaurants. We can’t wait for our next visit to San Diego so we can spend an evening at Bali Hai again!
