   Food is really good. Service is outstanding. My only complaint is the music level, a bit too high for my taste.

   We went early to take advantage of Happy Hour and sat in the lounge area. It's fairly quiet as most of their business is around lunch. It's certainly the best appointed restaurant in South San Francisco that we've been to. The food and service were good and it's nice to get something a bit different - Palestinian.

   Really great food - as always at Amoura. The service wasn't great and the noise level was off the charts with a few large parties while we were there. I was part of a party of five and we couldn't hear each other. The staff are very nice, but not efficient with their service. Also I noted on my reservation that this was for a birthday and, despite ordering 3 desserts, no candle or acknowledgement. My bad for assuming, but disappointed.

   We made a reservation for a business lunch with a client for a party of 6. They reserved us a corner table which was perfect. One of our party had a severe food allergy which multiple staff members were able to assure us was not in any of the food we ordered. The food was delicious. Almost all of us ordered kebabs. It is a nice option in the area for a sitdown lunch that is not too formal.

   Very nice experience in South San Francisco. My wife had a salmon entree that she said was excellent. I’m vegetarian; my stuffed eggplant entree was superb, baked to the exact degree of doneness. There are other vegetarian options as well, like the mezze platter or several different flatbreads. Good service and somewhat upscale but comfortable decor. I had a nice glass of wine, though the only downside here is that there are no Palestinian or Middle Eastern beers or wines by the glass.

   Amoura is a go-to place for us and we love the wine, and now, beer pairing dinners. This is our third of three that they done. Our only complaint was the brewmaster didn't make the time to make it to every table to introduce himself, his product and presumably, to thank everyone for trying their beer. There weren't that many tables, and, 'hi, thanks for coming' would have been enough. We didn't need a 10 minute conversation. That said, we love these dinners and the service on the restaurant's end, is attentive, friendly and they remember you.

Regarding the brewmaster, Collin traveled a long way to attend the event and he was slightly pressed for time which is why he spoke to the room as a whole as well. While we didn’t specifically discuss with him how to manage his time during the event, we addressed your concern by having his representative speak with your party and provide some complimentary merchandise as a gesture of thanks. That said, we’re so happy to hear that you enjoyed the evening overall, and that the service on our end continues to be attentive and welcoming.     I recently dined at this Mediterranean restaurant and was impressed by both the quality of the food and the level of service. With a reservation, I was seated promptly within two minutes of arriving, which set a positive tone for the afternoon. The ambiance is well-suited for business meetings, offering a professional atmosphere. However, the noise level was notably high, which made it somewhat challenging to engage in conversation. My business partner and I found ourselves needing to project in order to be heard clearly. Despite this, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I would certainly consider returning in the future.
