   For a $120 meal at an upscale casino on the Strip, Allegro fell short of expectations. The ambiance was noisy, with loud casino music bleeding in, making conversation difficult. The seating felt cramped and uncomfortable. Our server was hard to understand due to the overwhelming background noise, and drink service was lacking—we weren’t offered options beyond water or wine, and my partner had to ask a busser for an additional drink. While the food was good, it wasn’t remarkable enough to justify the price. Overall, there were some high points, but I wouldn’t return.

   WE CAME BACK TWO NIGHTS IN A ROW!!! It was glorious. The pizza, the ceaser, the chicken parm. All of it. We wish we were locals!! Service was excellent and the Wynn is my favorite hotel on the strip. So gorgeous! Worth a visit for date night, pre-show or just when you’re craving Italian. It’s classic yet still unique with authentic flavors!!

   The service here is normally fantastic and so is the food but this evening it was definitely sub par. We ordered the cheese and prosciutto platter and the prosciutto came out cut thick like a honey baked ham. Everyone knows that those types of meats need to be cut super thin, as they normally are at this restaurant as well. But today it wasn’t. It took quite awhile for the server to come back to check on us and by then we had eaten the cheese and tomatoes thinking they’d cut new prosciutto and bring it to the table. She took the platter to the chef and the chef basically said that’s how it is. She offered to take it off our bill but we had already eaten pieces of it. The manager then came and said she would charge us for half. Instead of making it right- they charged us for half of an appetizer - laughable as we frequent this restaurant every single time we are in Las Vegas which is 4-5 times a year. Also, we are guests of the hotel every time as well.
