   The food was quite good and the service was excellent. We were seated in a booth, next to the high top table in the bar area, so it was quite noisy and made it difficult to talk. Once that group left the rest of the evening was quite pleasant.

   I live in the neighborhood so it’s convenient for me. I had the fixed price three course menu of salad, scallops and cake. This is a good value at $45. Prices for a glass of wine are generally $8-$15 and quite reasonable. Both the salad and cake were large. Scallops were small and slightly overdone. After we were promptly seated and given warm bread, our server never appeared after a long wait. My wife had to look for her and the server wasn’t aware that our party of four were there. Our friend tried to order chicken but they were “just out” at 630 pm out so she settled for the hamburger. We try to support Adelina’s but frankly if it wasn’t in our neighborhood I wouldn’t recommend it.

   Even with reservations for 6pm, it wasn't until 6:18pm that we were seated. There was not enough staff to wait on the large number of diners.

   The best experience I have had in over ten years of enjoying Adelina's. Prix Fix menu of salmon salad (huge portion of grilled salmon), osso bucco done just perfectly over mashed potatoes and crisp veg. Sorbet to finish. Well done chef and team.

   Had to try the salmon Wellington because the combination intrigued me. It was excellent and I will order again on my return. Service was excellent and the restaurant was full and vibrant.

   We had their prefix menu 3 course for $45 each. Delicious. They had music on Wednesday night from 4-6 pm that was really good but a bit loud. We sat in dining room, so we could still talk and hear each other. Service for dinner was a little slow as it was pretty busy, but we just enjoyed our wine/cocktails, appetizers, listened to the music and enjoyed our conversation and the social scene. Overall, a fun “date night” experience.
