   Everything seemed to be a bit off tonight. First of all really noisy! Service was ok not the most attentive, food was either warm or cold noting served hot! Not the same restaurant that I grew up loving, I'm from Newport and I've always bragged that 22 Bowens was our best restaurant???

   Beautiful restaurant and location. The staff are friendly and professional. Good menu and delicious food, especially the steaks. Definitely come back.

   Comfortable atmosphere in a beautiful city, even on a cold, rainy night. Excellent service; attentive but not stuffy. Best calamari ever. We also got the special which was soft shell crab appetizer which was very good. No questions. All four of us had something different; prime rib, roast chicken, filet mignon and halibut. All were perfect. We ordered sides of mashed potatoes and carrots. The carrots were delicious and a huge portion. Cocktails were excellent. We had no room for dessert but I could not resist ordering key lime pie to go. Still too full to eat so I will need to update but we will happily make this one of our go to restaurants.

   Fabio was an amazing and attentive server; my family and I had a wonderful time. The cost of the food was very high though.

   It is a beautiful restaurant. Service was excellent, pleasant, cocktails and wine list can’t be beat. Food was great except a steak my husband had that was too salty. The app of dumplings and salad were very good. Side trio a must to order. Filet Mignon is a definite yes. Pistachio cheesecake the best cheesecake we ever had, unique creamy texture. Great restaurant for a special occasion.
